• Pinpoint key features you’d like your next home to have and have your realtor initiate a comprehensive search for your specific criteria.

• Lender Fees - including any charges for loan processing or loan underwriting and preparation for and the establishment of an escrow account; these costs can be included in your total loan amount.
• Inspection Fees - to be paid upon completion of the home inspection.
• Third-party fees - including insurance premiums and any additional applicable services.
• Government fees - including deed and mortgage recording.
