Before You Start Looking For Your New Home:
- We will find you a Reputable Lender and check your credit rating. He or She will help you straighten out any errors as to get you the best rate as possible.
- Determine a comfortable monthly budget for your new purchase, including down payment and monthly payment.
- Find a loan program that meets your needs and get pre-qualified (preferably pre-approved).
- Choose a REALTOR® that you trust and who understands your needs.
- Identify important features you need your new home to have and determain the proper criteria.
- Set up a comprehensive search with you Realtor for the homes that fit you specific criteria.
- Lender Fees include charges for loan processing, underwriting, preparation and establishing an escrow account. (Closing Costs) These costs are at times rapped into your loan.
- Inspection Fee which will be paid at time of completion of the Home Inspection.
- Third-party fees include charges for insurance.
- Government fees include deed and mortgage recording.
