Staging your home is also important. Properly preparing and arranging your house to sell requires extra thought and initiative. Prospective buyers will entertain a purchase longer if it’s staged to effectively capture their interest and promote potential.

- Mortgage Payoff - consisting of a complete payoff on your existing home; this can be done at the closing of your property.
- Courier Fees - to expedite the mortgage payoff of existing mortgage.
- Document Preparation & other Administrative Fees - covers the preparation and management of all involved paperwork during and after the sale of your house.
- Title insurance fees - the final total is dependent on the sales price of the home.
- Broker's commission - varies and is determined at the beginning of the relationship.
- State of Wisconsin Transfer Tax - usually $3.00 per thousand.
- Property Taxes – pro-rated from the time that you lived on the property.
- Water and Sewer – pro-rated from the time of last payment to the time of closing of the property.
- Special Assessments – (if any) which are owed to the City or County.
